The 65-67 Chevelle 12-bolts were the 1" narrower ones (54.25") vs the 68+ (55.25").

Interesting that they came on big cars too- I thought it was only an early F-body thing.
A while back I tried to find one with no luck.

66 has way more room than a 65.
I run 15X10 with 5.5" BS and a 28X12 Mickey Thompson on my 66.
Best I can do on my 65 is a 15X8 and a 275/60.
