i also changed the dash , to the "piano black" finish as it came on the 1st series monaros, the GTO was second series from the start - totally different dash.

put a gto shifter on my holden

I had a stock holden 6 speed shifter in my car , and wanted to upgrade to the new GTO stitched leather shifter !

so i pulled the old one off ( with great difficulty ) , only to find that the new...

i just got some 3" magnaflow's , the rest of my system is 2 1/2"

make sure you get the stainless steel center as the ceramic core ones tend to die quicker.

i would suggest getting one size...

so i just fitted them ... and got some hi-flow cat converters too ... nice rumble from the exhaust now , and much scavenging effect !

Got me some headers!

So i got these headers for my Ls1 really good price ... stainless , 1 5/8" primaries going to a 2 1/2" collector.

alot of the guys in the states prefer the 4 into 1 design , and there no tri-y's...
