Intermittent high beams only. Low beams solid.

I threw a new dimmer switch at it but the problem persists. The high beam indicator goes out along with the lights if that's a clue.
This is a '69 LeMans Convert.
Any ideas?

Plus, the lip is folded toward the tranny and O.E. is folded toward the motor.
