Thanks to all for the replies. I had a friend helping me redo the engine wiring and think that bracket got mixed with the alt bracket parts during that time.

Oil & Tempature sending unit locations

1973 Pontiac 350 5.7L I found one on the pass side of engine with a red+blk wire connected to it. One on the driver side has a dark green wire.

headlight bezel

Does anyone know if the headlight bezel is the same for a 71-74 Ventura?
one of mine is dented might have to replace it if I can't straighten it out.

The answer is unfortunately no. Your best bet is to find a donor car. The Firebird tail lights are curved at the outer ends you would have to mod it to make it work. Here's a link for 73-74 one on...

Paying for help :Anyone Near Portland, OR

I'm not confident enough to take out my instrument panel to change the wiper and head light switches. I have tried myself but afraid I'll break something. If you can't tell it's a 1973 Ventura :)
