Good tip and thankfully something I always already do with headers. They tend not to leak/warp flanges as much with that technique.

That's a good process, Mike. Used it many times myself. Also, a little mild tapping with a rubber mallet on the calipers works wonders...especially if you've got a 4 piston full floater.

If you look at the linkage on the transmission and think about how everything works a bit, it is never going to truly be in the gear the column shift indicates. Your best bet is to try and replicate...

I saw that site and actually contacted them a while back. I think they've got the new sending units in stock now. I'm still going with the fuel cell...it is less trunk floor to fabricate. ;)
