We gave up on head bolts completely and are having excellent results from ARP studs. Do your homework on lube for bolts/studs. We found a 30# spread from old bolts with oil to new studs with lube.

#13 heads, 5000RPM average. I'm sure the Accusump is kicking in, as I'm seeing the 20 PSI warning light in the sweepers. Pan is a Canton kit on a stock pan with one kickout and 5 doors.

For $60 I'd replace the mains with new and save the ones you took out for the shop truck beater motor. They're too good to throw away and not nice enough to put back in a motor that's torn down. FWIW.

I cracked the case on mine and ran it longer than...

I cracked the case on mine and ran it longer than that before it quit moving. Welded the case up, new oil and it runs fine.
