Not sure if this the correct folder to place this post. I have the stock Muncie 4-speed in my '73 TA. The issue is when the car gets good and warmed up now, it won't shift into reverse, just grinds....

Brake Booster - Delco Stamp or Not

I need to replace/rebuild my brake booster for the 2nd time (winter project). I was wondering if my early '73 Norwood TA would have came with Delco stamp on the booster or not.

Sorry to say, epoxy does not have UV resistance and will fade and fail if not top coated with something else. Perhaps a base coat of epoxy and then some Eastwood Underhood or Chassis black?

I vote Stock. The cars sit low enough as it is. Any lower and you'd really have to be concerned about tucking the exhaust up perfectly or it will drag over bumps etc.

It's been a while since I purchased welting but, at the time, Ames had the correct welting. Year One's welting did not fit correctly, perhaps it was the later type.
