Exchange shocks

The set they gave me had holes in them that wouldn’t match up. I went back and they got me a set without holes with slots so to speak that you can match up the hole.

Got a set on Monroe’s from NAPA and the holes don’t line up at the bottom.Anyone else have this problem?

63 GP Chrome tail panel gasket ?

I'm having the tail panel refinished. When I took it off it had a small a mount of some type of gasket material.. Anyone have an idea of what I could use to make a new gasket?
