If you're looking to use epoxy to fix the holes, Splash Zone marine epoxy holds up very well. I also have a set of D-ports that have Moroso AB epoxy, and has been ran for 10+ years with no problems

Didn't Dwight run Tigers for a while? The only Pontiac NA engine I know of in the power range would be Langer ( maybe before the CV Juan conversion) Dwight or Snider.

Yes, it's a press fit. Not cheap though. I got mine from a friend in a swap plus cash for a Romac, I wanted it for the magnets and my buddy didn't need it for his build.

I have an Innovators West, it's a 4 bolt pattern balancer and has the magnets for the crank trigger built into it. It's a very nice piece.

Not sure how much you plan on taking off, but the oil pan to timing cover seal angle may be effected if only milling the block side, also it may effect the puller alignment with the water pump pulley.
