Thanks to Clay I found the unit was getting power and needed the assembly taken off so the pin from the wiper motor could engage with the washer assembly so that the pump would function. Works great...

The blower is fine but the plastic cage of the blower has cracks in the outer rim and is quite noisey. I ordered one off ebay but it was the correct diameter but center point bolt on was too far...
