Finally the intake is finished and ready to install... I did some work to the edges and removed the Edelbrock labeling (incl. Performer RPM) and sand blasted the whole intake.
Pretty happy with it...

thats actually good news since I only worked on the straight paths... and maybe 80 grit isn't even what some would call "polished surface" which seems to only be a good...
