upgrading dash

Has anyone put in Sport Comp gauges into the original fascia on a 68 GTO .
I have measured them up and they should fit 3 3/4 opening and 3 3/4 face on sport comps

Tips in install if you have any...

Have you added a trans cooler to the Auto or running a stock system?
Reason mine was leaking due to overflow with the extra volume the lines and cooler could hold.

You can not have Willwod brakes with a stock master cylinder for example

Guys I want to run 275 x50x15 drag radials on my car . They have a larger footprint than street tires so I think / know rubbing will be a issue .
