1966 GTO steering wheel fitment question

Does anyone know if a stock 1966 Chevelle non tilt wheel will work with a stock 1966 GTO non tilt? If so, are the horn contact and other internals compatible?

I just removed the glove box, radio and ash tray. Then reach up and swap out the bulbs. Be careful though, you will probably cut your hands a bit while going up through the ashtray hole ;)

I will definately check to see them at Pep Boys. I am however, leaning toward the third light from a 2004-2006 GTO if it will fit on my package tray. I want to keep the car 100% GTO :D

They started out chrome from the factory and they were terribly dim during daylight. At night they were fine. Painted them white and they were better, but not optimal.
