How long after paint for decals(especially the bird)

Starting to gather up stuff for the paint on my TA(79)

Thought I would need to have the decal kit ready for the painter to install

Never seen the gas line antifreeze, I've only seen 'Optikleen' in the glass bottle, I think it went through '67 maybe

It was for the windshield, a glass cleaner

Here it is in my '65 Chevy II...

For me I think it'll work well with some little tricks I have up my sleeve

If I remember correctly(could be wrong--it was a long time ago) 4 speed cars were federal(49 state) and for that reason alone wouldn't be...
