Any brand name gasket set should be fine. I don't think any come with carb gaskets. Just buy them separately. Tips, make a list of everything you need and make sure you have it all before you start.

Different years/manifolds use different length bolts. Like b-man said they are all 3/8-16. If the manifolds have not been off recently you might be better off not trying to remove them.
