Without the protect-o-plate it’s not even guaranteed original engine. I guess it is as “matching numbers” as a 1965 can be without build sheet or protect-o-plate.

Looking at the PHS docs, I can’t find the Engine unit number. Did the docs for 65 cars not have the engine unit number, or am I just missing it?!?
