I had these samples from SMS in a drawer so I dug them out and photographed them. The 1970 samples are Sandalwood and the 1972 samples are for Covert. The fabric samples are very close.

According to the 1971 Pontiac service manual (page 6E-39) the coil used on all V-8 engines (350/400/455) was part number 1115424. It should be embossed 424 B-R.

I'm pretty sure that all the RA engines got the #12 heads. The non RA engines got #12 heads on the manual trans cars and #13 heads on the automatic cars. I don't think the trans and rear end ratios...

Heavy duty radiator might mean a performance axle option, and CG is the code for 3.73 posi. Have you checked to see what rear end is in the car?
