After rebuilding my tri power carbs on my "66 GTO I shut the engine down to repair gasoline leaks. Upon tightening the fittings I tried to restart the engine. NO POWER to anything, lights, radio etc....

No port on the rear carb either. Both carbs are identical, as they should be. There is a dime size area on the carb base casting where, I assume, the port should be.
