I believe you have a stereo heat sink for late 60's AC Delco stereo radios.
Some vehicles (1968 A body Pontiac, First-gen F body, Second-gen Corvette, etc.) used a remotely mounted amplifier....

1957 Tri-power manifold and carbs - at Hershey

Tri-power manifold with 3 carbs. Carbs are not in very good condition, but might be rebuildable.

I have this at Hershey. Red field, RWK-30-32.
$275 for the manifold
$150 for the carbs.

I was able to find a correct flexplate.
