If all my dims had been within 1/4" of the spec I would have left it alone. Using the "A" and "D" measurements (crossing dim taken "both ways"), I could see that only one frame horn was out of place...

On my 78 T/A, the heater hose nipple was at the rear on the passenger side from the factory - opposite what you have there. The driver-side head did not have one. That's the only data point I have....
