I used The Parts Place splatter paint. Everywhere I read it's the only one that holds up. Smells really good when spraying, smells like a candy store.

I'm shocked the pistons did not come out or at least start leaking sticking that far out. You had a tow truck there & you drove it home like that. Please tell me you have a dual master.

Look at my pics above, you will see where it goes through the firewall. I would say you do not have to remove the fender but you will have to remove the cowl panel
