Just weighed my 71 with me in it….4003 lb……I’m around 200….no ac auto car.

Did have the welds with slicks on the rears when weighed this time….that shaved some weight

As mentioned by someone else, check the pan bolts. You’d be surprised how much they can loosen up after a build…

I’ve always dumped the break in oil after break in, filled with oil of choice and change again at 500-1000 miles or so, take a close look...
