2 of them on a 455 can make about 800hp in a draw through setup. Done and proven. The correct qjet for this turbo has a boost referenced power valve. Using a random Holley carb will not work...

Yes it matters. The relay needs to meet or exceed the current draw of whatever it is to feed. Wire size is a good indicator but actual amperage would be better to know.

421 and 428 have 4.00 srroke.
Rods are all the same length so it's the piston that is changed to make up the difference.
