This is one of those questions which supposedly couldn't be too basic for this forum. I think I remember that the cars I worked on when I was young all had manifold vacuum running to the distributor....

How easy was the conversion? After that Ford won the carcraft dyno shoot out, I'm stoked for it. Besides, I like having my distributor where its easy to get to.

I use a Harbor Freight sandblaster. It holds about a hundred pounds of sand and pressurizes the sand in a metal bottle so I don't have to rely on suction to pull the sand into the nozzle....
