Also I know there is another style of adjuster that can be extended farther-do I need to go to that type to solve the issue be cause I honestly couldn't tell you if I have a long or short throw out...

When the adjuster is all the way extended it seems to have the throw bearing in contact but you still can go in the car and pull up the pedal an inch or so to make contact with the rubber stop

I am in the finishing stages of a restoration and noticed when I connected the clutch rod to pedal and tried to do the adjustment from the z bar to the clutch fork and it seems like that rod is too...

More wiring issues 68 GTO

Finishing up my 68 GTO restoration-have new harnesses installed however I do not have brake lights or a right turn signal-all new bulbs and a new brake light switch-not sure if there is an easy fix...

Like to thank everyone for their help-got the new cable today-put the purple wire on the correct terminal-put the jumper clip in the neutral safety wiring and it turns over!!

Someone mentioned to me there is a jumper clip...

Someone mentioned to me there is a jumper clip used on the double purple wire coming out of the dash harness which over rides the neutral safety switch system-pulled mine of the original dash harness...

Pulling the starter and having it checked is probably the place to start-With an M and H harness they do not supply the connector to the ignition switch so you pull all the old wires out and attach...

But was not sure seeing the starter is already bolted to the block making the bracket...
