Thanks for the replies. I decided to keep the pump with 5/16" inlet, and get a reducing hose coupling 3/8 > 5/16. Could not find such a coupling locally, so had to order one from Amazon.

Main fuel line diameter - 1967 GTO w/AC

The car is a non-HO, 1967 GTO with factory air, made in Baltimore. It has 3/8" main fuel line and 1/4" return line. Probably not original lines; the car was frame-off restored.

My 67 GTO with A/C needed a 6 hole grommet. The PO had installed mechanical oil pressure and temp gauges, and ran the tubes through the same hole. Made a grommet using TPU filament on a 3D printer....
