Yeah, the LS route would be cheaper and more reliable in the long run, for sure.

A Pontiac engine would keep it interesting though, there's already an ocean of LS swapped turbo builds.

I was kind of going off of what the owner told me when I got it. There should be castings on it to help further identify it, correct?

I bought a complete 68 LeMans a few years back that came with the motor pulled.

Its a YC code 400, that has #48's on it. The code by the "YC" reads 093602.

Just wondering what it could have...
