I agree. I did a 69 GTO concourse restoration years ago. Then I decided I wanted to drive my cars. This car will be driven locally and at events so I am not going to sweat all the concourse type...

Your car sounds similar to mine. I have SR R96A heads but a 72 400 block with a Armasteel crank and 041 cam. My trans is also correct 68 date code with a partial Pontiac VIN that is somewhat close...

If you have one please send pictures of tanks and core (should be a 4 core) and let me know how much you want for it. By the way the radiator needs to be for a manual transmission car.
