I haven't been able to find the "knurled" (splined)bolts you're talking about. However, my 65 GP appeared to be an unmolested car when I bought it and the bolts I took out (shaft to frame)...

Thanks for the info everyone. Got it done. It took a whole lot of blows from the impact gun. I think the oil on the threads and washer did the trick. The 8.2's I did never took this much effort.
