I don't know where you got that info - maybe it's base prices, but expenditures for cars in 1968 are certainly at least $500 more than what you're suggesting.

I think it would also be nice to set up a folder of one example of each color and, perhaps, extra pics of colors with different stripes. I have a poor man's version of that that's incomplete.
