Check ALL grounds. Also, really check harness for any rubbing. Sometimes you have to pull open the conduit on the larger sections to see 1 wire with exposed copper causing INTERMITTENT problems....

The ign modules are prone to fail on those 3800’s. But, I might check my harness and connector 1’st. Check all grounds you can find.
