Thanks 72 good to hear about the hard bushings also makes sense. I made a deal on some connectors today with a guy in the car club I'm in but no bushings so I'll pick some up.

What should I look for as far as plating is it in the roof or chassis? I do see yours are the C&C tops so Hurst may have a different reinforcement. Isn't the C&C tops the ones that meet in the middle...

They really turned out nice good job and like you said the color was spot on looking at the vent. Was there any primer or sealer prior to the color going on or just a wipe down and if so with what?
