You will probably need to remove the inside headlights and buckes too. There are 2 horizontal carriage bolts there as well. Nuts are tough as they are inside the grille as I recall

You have to reach in behind the front fenders to get at the nut on 2 carrage bolts (7/16 I believe). Also remove outermost headlights and buckets to help reach them so the bolts do not turn.
