If I could change one thing on mine, the 1-2 shift is very quick and the 2-3 shift, rather delayed. Don't know if they are all that way.

The only thing wrong with '59-'64 heads is it may limit your intake choice a little.
Ideally, a 1960 timing cover which would retain the front mount but use a standard cooling config would be great...
