ac extension harness question

Trying to get my ac up and working. Just got a new ac harness extension that goes from the firewall to the compressor clutch with a ground. There is a black with red tracer wire in that harness that...

Maybe I should call it the Distribution duct...

Maybe I should call it the Distribution duct under the dash that distributes air from the inside heater box. it has 2 chrome vents on it

I just put a set of stripes on my 72 TA and after leaving them on for 24 hours had no problems. they were from Phoenix graphics

FRONT SPRING RATE ON LS SWAP

Putting an ls engine in my 1970 gto. thinking about going with the QA1 coilovers in front. Anybody know what spring rate would be best? Street driven car looking for a good ride and decent handling....
