I have tuned many 100's of cars on my chassis dyno while tracking air/fuel mixture. Every time higher octane gasoline/fuel was used, after being tuned with a lower octane fuel the air fuel mixture...

Higher octane will richen the fuel mixture. I would lean it out 5 jet sizes in the front bowl and let her buck. If it likes that give it a degree or 2 of timing.

I have been using my AC condenser as a trans cooler for about 4 yrs. Set up your lines so the fluid does not drain back to the trans pan when car is not running.

That's pretty good, but I think you will need to take it apart and put it back together 4 or 5 more times. Maybe the horn shaped bracket that attaches to the front of the sub frame is too high?
