Thought I’d give an update.

Machine shop said that the valve guides were worn and two valves needed replaced.

When I get them back we’ll see if that fixes the noise.

Block off both ports with a inverted flare plug, the pedal should be rock hard. if it slowly sinks, the master is bad. that will rule out anything down stream of the master.
