I've done several water pump bebuilds with kits I made myself. There are also kits on ebay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/175631581188) .You'll need a hydraulic press and press plates or equivalent.

http://water-pump-rebuilders.com/ I had the Dutchman rebuild 2 for me - like new works great. He'll want you to send your spacer plates from behind the pump to get the gap correct. Quick turn around.
