As I suspected, the bolt are black oxide

I've had several persons all answer black oxide, which is what I suspected. Time to go bolt hunting. Appreciate all the answers!

FWIW, my '71 master cylinder was black from the factory. Came with the bleeders and had the "EB" stamp as well. Restored by W. Oxley years ago.

So I figured out the two wires with the 90 degree distributor terminations are the #7 and #2 wires, which are the two on the very front of the distributor. I guess that is to help prevent arcing...
