67 400 Factory Timing Specification

Anyone know the amount of timing added by the centrifugal weights in the distributor from the factory?

And is it all in by 3k RPM?

My car runs great, I'm double checking everything this spring....

I need to get my new thicker front sway bar installed, when I ordered it and the new bushings the catalog said the stock bushing brackets would work, but they look to shallow-
