1968 Pontiac Cop Cars - Catalina Freeway Enforcer

I'm looking for some help on the 1968 Pontiac Catalina cop cars.

From what I understand, during that era (late 60s) Pontiac offered the B07 "Highway Patrol" option as well as a B09 Freeway...
