NOS Judge side decals blue, red yellow

I saw those. They are not far from me either. The problem is that they are heavily ported and shaved. I need one with stock porting and little to no surfacing to match an original.

Any thoughts on the welding by the valve seat. Is that a fairly solid area as well? Not sure what to think....Heads would be going on a factory orignal RA IV block.
