Thanks Jeff will call woodland about cam and about a 1968 restricter tube to replace my 1967 restricter which I have read should be replaced with a 1968 with a .087 cross hole vs my .126 did cross...

Need advice on getting my 230 1B OHC 6 running after sitting for years in my 1961 MKII jaguar.
I have a newly rebuilt head but cam is original which shows what my be wear. The cam lobes are concave...

230 is in my 1961 jag MKII sedan and needs a rebuild.
Have an extra head but need to identify before I use it if 230 head needs replacing.

Are 230 and 250 OHC heads interchangeable or are they different
