W72 Leaf springs

I have a 77 W72 TA in the body shop now. The body guy took the rear end out and the center bolt out of the springs at disassembly, not sure why. I seem to be missing 2 leaves from 1 side. I can tell...

77 TA interior color

I have a 1977 TA that has tan interior.
I am going to redo some of the faded pieces.
I have searched the forum but not found a definite color for the 64N cowl tag code.
Does anyone have this info...

The seller has a 3.8 to go with the car purchase. I may get it, try to trade for the 3.1 to replace it. The car is in good shape

Can a 3.8 engine replace a 3.1 for a 96 Gran Prix without other major changes?
Will the computer work with another engine?

Im looking at a purchase of a 96 Gran Prix with a bad motor.
Can a 3.8 liter be put into this or should I try to stay with a 3.1 like is in it?
How difficult is the swap?

Trying to.figure.out what controls the damper on the right side manifold.

Front bumper

Still have no paint on the Firebird yet! He's dead set on the waterborne PPG. Anyway,
I sent the front and rear bumpers off to be re chromed at TriCity Plating.
The front one looks brand new but...

The body shop has made several test cards of the burgundy code N, and looking straight on, the color is pretty close to the cowl shoulder panel that is original...

The anode clips are zinc pieces 1/2" x 2" that clip in same as the moulding clips. Mine were in good shape so Im not sure they did much good.
Their purpose is the same as the anode rod in a water...

Headlight assemblies

Here are the headlights we rebuilt. We had the parts sandblasted the painted with the eastwood paint on the buckets and semi-flat from a spray bomb.
Waiting on the rest of the brackets from the body...
