There's a QuadraJet in a nearby salvage yard that appears completely unmolested. It's in a '69 Cutlass. Obviously needs a complete rebuild and plating. I have no use for it other than to sell it...

I figured it out. It's actually a much better design than using a cotter pin. This unique clip (which is not in a single plane) puts a side load on the part so there is no play/slop that you get...
