Can a motor with hard block filler be driven daily on the street? I've heard of it in motors used for strictly drag racing where cooling wasn't an issue.

Plan on driving the car as much as possible and storing the original motor. The original makes the car worth more but storage is not a problem. Figure more cubic inches (either 455 or stroked 400)...
