You could buy one of the older style Goodmark...

You could buy one of the older style Goodmark panels and cut it. OPGI near Long Beach might have one, and if you're within driving distance you'll save on freight.

I had both bumpers rechromed by Tri City Plating....

I had both bumpers rechromed by Tri City Plating. Dropped 'em off in Charlotte, and they shipped back to me. I remember it was about 900 total for both; maybe 1 1/2 years back. They look great.

I agree. They are self adjusting, and even if you are hearing noise it is more likely to be a worn rocker or push rod than a valve.
