I had mine made custom for me at the upholsterer ('63 Bonneville, bench seat). Definitely higher cost than premade covers from PUI or Legendary, but no wait (except for normal scheduling).

The trim on the pedals was an option. My '63 Bonneville came without it, though I added the pieces later. (Mine is an auto, so I have two pieces; the emergency brake does not get trim.)
