'73 TA flood car from hurricane Ian

Car was bought by a garage that apparently flips flood cars. Popped up in my youtube feed. Wouldn't be surprised to see the car show up at the Barrett Jackson spring auction at Palm Beach.

Agreed ^^^ however there are a lot of aftermarket kits sold as 70-81 Camaro/Firebird that get installed.

My first thought reading the OP was non vented cap got stuck on a '70 like others mentioned and that looks like it might not be a vented cap. So I'd try driving it and stopping to see if it sucks air...
