OK. Thanks for the info. Guess I will grind off a little paint and do some welding. I won't ever need access to heater core as going with a Vintage Air system.

Thanks for the advice. I painted the whole trunk several years ago with POR-15 as it had a lot of surface rust in it. I will need to touch up both corners where I did the repairs.
